  • Report of AirTAC New Plants in Tainan Tree Valley Park

  • AirTAC International Group (hereinafter referred to as the Company) has bought a land area of 71,377 square meters in Tainan Tree Valley Park in Taiwan to build new plants for future development.

     

    An investment of about TWD 5 billion was made on land purchase and building of the first phase which includes five buildings with an office building area of 16,000 square meters and a total area of 101,200 square meters. The sidewalk is designed to be separated from the lane and an underground parking lot with an area of 20,400 square meters is included in the plan. The first phase of the construction is expected to be completed in the 1st quarter of 2015, and the second phase with a building area of 56,800 square meters will be started afterwards.

     

    The Chairman Mr. Wang Shih-Chung has invested plenty of time and efforts on the planning and designing of the Tainan plants. Production lines and spaces for future development of new products especially for the development of next 10 years are included in the plan.

     

    The development trend of pneumatics is the mechanical-electrical integration and the future requirements on product are mineralization, precision, and integration. In addition, the global demand on all kinds of automation increases. Thus AirTAC Tainan plants will engage in manufacturing transmission products with high precision and mechatronics related products. The product line of the Company will be further extended due to the operation of AirTAC Tainan plants.
